4 - If you don't have the silverlight plugin you have to load it at this step
5 - If you already have it a window with a black frame come. But to see the video you must accept to display mixed content in a little dialog box comming in front off the black frame, but many time back to the black frame. So you must move the black frame windows to see the dialog box
